About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and logos.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects according to client guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from brief to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with at least 4 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
