About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative department in Sunderland . In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual assets across a variety of mediums, from digital platforms to print materials. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity and ensuring its consistent application across all communications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media content, websites, and print collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications, adhering to brand guidelines and style guides.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery, meeting deadlines effectively.
• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Prepare final artwork files for print production or digital deployment, ensuring technical accuracy.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality graphic design work for both digital and print.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across projects.
