Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives across various media. This role requires a strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visual solutions. Working in a hybrid capacity from our Southampton office, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and web development teams to elevate the brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for a range of applications, including marketing collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Ensure all visual designs are on-brand, consistent, and visually appealing across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope, objectives, and design requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional creative output.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with digital design, including web graphics, social media visuals, and email templates.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills in a hybrid work setting.
