Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their marketing and brand team in Portsmouth . You will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating compelling visual assets that communicate brand messages effectively across all platforms. This role requires a strong aesthetic sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and impact, contributing to a visually dynamic and engaging brand presence for the company in Portsmouth .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for a wide range of applications, including digital marketing, print collateral, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency and brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of design tasks.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and emerging visual communication techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Experience with digital design principles and best practices for web and social media.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
