Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team in Aberdeen . This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity and communication of our client's brand across all platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, from digital to print, and has a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital assets.
• Design engaging visual content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Create print materials such as brochures, advertisements, and event collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and content creators to understand project goals and translate them into impactful designs.
• Oversee the design process from conception through to final production, managing feedback and revisions effectively.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team's creative development and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Experience with web design principles and UI/UX concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
