About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is ideal for a visually astute individual with a strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout, who can translate complex ideas into compelling visual communications. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions across a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and branding initiatives, working collaboratively with a distributed team. We are looking for a design leader who can inspire creativity, mentor junior designers, and ensure the highest standards of visual excellence in all projects, contributing significantly to the company's visual identity from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality graphic design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, website graphics, social media assets, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scopes.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and external agencies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience working in a remote team environment and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines consistently.
