Key Responsibilities

• Perform cutting, colouring, styling, and treatment services to a high standard for all hair types.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair needs and desired outcomes.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and salon environment.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist with salon management tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Recognized hairdressing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Hair Stylist.
• Proficiency in a wide range of colouring techniques and cutting styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client focus.
