Senior Healthcare Assistant
📍 Hitchin | 💷 £15.58 per hour (including Market Enhancement) | ⏰ 37.5 hours per week
Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.

Brainkind Stagenhoe is looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our specialist neurological care team, supporting adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care while providing guidance, support and mentorship to junior colleagues.
What you'll do
- Deliver and coordinate person-centred care and support.
- Supervise, coach and mentor junior team members.
- Delegate care tasks and help maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Promote independence, choice and dignity for service users.
- Support the delivery of rehabilitation programmes and care plans.
About you
✔ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (essential)
✔ At least 2 years' care experience
✔ Leadership or supervisory experience
✔ Good communication and IT skills
✔ Passion for delivering high-quality care
