Senior Heavy Plant Engineer — Reliability & Diagnostics

NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well-established civil engineering and earthworks contractor in the South West to appoint a Lead Heavy Plant Engineer. You will maintain, diagnose and repair a fleet of heavy plant equipment including ADTs, dumpers, excavators and other large earthmoving machinery.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills, experience on heavy plant and the ability to work independently while supporting the wider engineering team.
