About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Holistic Therapist to join their established wellness centre in the vibrant city of Brighton . This role is perfect for a dedicated professional passionate about promoting overall well-being through a variety of integrated therapies. You will be responsible for providing a range of holistic treatments, conducting client assessments, and contributing to the centre's reputation for providing exceptional, personalized care. As a Senior Therapist, you will also play a role in mentoring junior team members and upholding the tranquil and professional atmosphere that clients have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide spectrum of holistic therapies, including aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, and reiki, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, developing personalized treatment plans.
• Provide expert advice on lifestyle, nutrition, and self-care practices to support clients' holistic health journey.
• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting sessions, progress, and any relevant recommendations.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and client safety in all treatment areas.

Requirements

• Professional qualifications in multiple recognized holistic therapy disciplines (e.g., Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki Master).
• A minimum of 6 years' practical experience as a Holistic Therapist.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for various therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a empathetic and client-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment in Brighton .
