Senior HR Advisor — Strategic People Partner (Hybrid)

EG Group is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team, supporting Starbucks Management Teams across a large multi-site operation in Horwich. You will provide high-quality, people-focused HR support and guidance on employee relations, policies, and employment legislation.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll partner with managers and operations leaders, manage complex cases, maintain accurate HRIS data, and drive compliant people processes while upholding business needs.
