Senior HR Advisor — Strategic People Partner (Hybrid)

SPEAR in Twickenham is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with managers across the organisation, provide practical, legally compliant HR advice, and help shape HR policies and services.

You\'ll deputise for the HR Director when needed, handle complex employee relations cases, support recruitment, and contribute to organisational change and workforce reporting.
