About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Advisor to join their team in Leeds . This role is integral to providing expert HR advice and support to employees and managers, ensuring best practices are followed and fostering a productive work environment. You will handle complex employee relations cases, support talent management initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes. This is a key position for an experienced HR professional who can offer strategic guidance and practical solutions to support the organization's people agenda within the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Support managers in performance management processes, coaching and development.
• Assist with workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions for managers on HR-related topics.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
• Thorough understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or above qualification is essential.
