About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to their teams based in Bradford . This role involves managing complex employee relations cases, advising line managers on HR best practices, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies. You will play a critical role in fostering a productive and positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting business objectives through effective people management strategies. This position offers the chance to significantly influence HR practices within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.
- Manage complex grievance and disciplinary processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practice in Bradford .
- Support organisational change initiatives and talent management strategies.
- Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making regarding people strategy.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong track record in employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience with HR information systems and data analysis.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
