About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support key business units within their dynamic organisation in Newcastle upon Tyne . You will act as a strategic advisor, collaborating closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent management initiatives, and foster a positive employee relations environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational development and employee engagement, blending strategic thinking with hands-on HR support within a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop integrated HR solutions.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Provide expert advice and coaching on complex employee relations issues, organizational design, and change management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with HR specialists to ensure effective delivery of HR services, including compensation, benefits, and learning & development.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner , ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting multiple business units or functions.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification is advantageous.
