Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
- Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet the needs of the business.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation in the Newcastle upon Tyne area.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and UK employment law.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and talent management.
- Excellent consultative, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 5 or above is preferred.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
