About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Belfast , Northern Ireland. This influential role will focus on partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, driving organisational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to influence and lead change within a complex organisational structure. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience and driving a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
- Develop and implement change management initiatives to support business transformation.
- Drive employee engagement strategies and foster a positive organisational culture.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, with a strong understanding of the UK employment landscape.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to advise at executive level.
- Strong understanding of organisational design, talent acquisition, and employee development.
- CIPD qualification (Level 7 or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience in a regulated industry is advantageous.
