Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters, providing expert guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and employee engagement in Aberdeen .
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve complex HR issues efficiently and fairly.
- Oversee talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend appropriate interventions to improve organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
- Experience working within the Scottish market is a plus.
