Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all human capital matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance improvement programs.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement and collaboration through effective communication and HR program delivery.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role, with a strong understanding of UK employment law .
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases and driving change management initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions within the Aberdeen context.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
