Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth and transformation.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions.
- Develop and implement organizational design initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive change management initiatives and support the effective implementation of new HR programs and policies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, with a deep understanding of UK employment law.
- Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with senior executives on strategic HR matters.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex HR projects, including organizational change and talent management.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD Level 7 preferred.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships.
