About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen, Scotland, UK . This pivotal role will involve partnering closely with senior leadership across various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a positive employee culture, and drive talent management initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and change management, ensuring that HR best practices are implemented effectively to support the company's growth and success in the competitive Aberdeen market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and support to line managers on complex employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to ensure effective recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in organisational development, talent management, and change management.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
