Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies in collaboration with senior management to support business goals in Aberdeen .
- Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers on all aspects of employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.
- Drive initiatives related to organisational design, change management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies, advising on best practices.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend appropriate interventions and improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role, ideally within the Aberdeen area.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
