Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and best practices across the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and report on key HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role, with a strong understanding of all HR functions.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analysis.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
