Senior Hydromorphology Lead: Watercourse BNG & WFD

WSP is seeking an Associate Director / Associate to lead the hydromorphology team focused on watercourse Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) with a strong WFD advisory role. You will drive high-quality BNG delivery and support a growing pipeline of WFD-related advisory work.

The role requires senior technical leadership, experience delivering BNG strategies, and the ability to integrate WFD, restoration, and nature-based solutions across projects. Hybrid working across the UK is available.
