Senior Hydromorphology Lead: Watercourse BNG & WFD

WSP is seeking an Associate Director / Associate to drive high-quality watercourse Biodiversity Net Gain delivery within the Hydromorphology service line, focusing on BNG with strong support to WFD assessment and advisory work.

You will lead a multidisciplinary Catchment Science team, shape project strategies, oversee HMMPs, and contribute to ongoing bids while growing a pipeline across the UK. Hybrid working across UK offices is supported.
