Senior Industrial Engineer - Operations Excellence

You will lead complex projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at achieving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and deploy Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma strategies to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify key performance drivers and areas for enhancement.
• Mentor and coach operations teams on problem-solving techniques and best practices in efficiency improvement.
• Design and implement standardized work procedures and best practices across various operational sites.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope, and report findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong emphasis on operations excellence and continuous improvement.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and driving significant operational improvements.
• Strong analytical, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence change remotely or in person.
