Senior Industrial Engineer - Operations Excellence

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Industrial Engineer to champion Operations Excellence within their organization, based in Norwich . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of operational improvement projects using lean and six sigma methodologies.
• Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and standardize operational processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering , with a proven track record in operations excellence or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and statistical analysis.
• Experience with process mapping, simulation, and performance metric development.
