Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and redesign of manufacturing processes to improve throughput, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects across various production areas.
• Optimize facility layouts, material flow, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
• Establish performance metrics and monitoring systems to track the impact of implemented improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on process improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies within the Bradford facility.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a focus on operations improvement.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and process simulation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration with remote analysis.
