Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize network design, reduce logistics costs, and improve delivery performance.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to model supply chain scenarios and identify key areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across the supply chain.
• Implement lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations, reporting on performance and identifying risks.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on supply chain and logistics optimization.
• Proficiency in supply chain modeling software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• In-depth knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, and inventory management techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in a hybrid environment.
