Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and track progress.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and implementation plans for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD tools, and statistical analysis software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
