Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.
• Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis software.
• Experience with CAD software for layout design and process simulation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead change initiatives.
