Senior Industrial Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production lines, workflows, and operational data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Design and optimize factory layouts, material flow, and workstation configurations for maximum productivity.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish performance standards and improve labor utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and management, to implement engineered solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering roles.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in simulation software, CAD, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all levels of the organization.
