Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and management, to implement engineering solutions.
• Design plant layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and material flow.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial engineering or operations improvement role.
• Proven experience with process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as CAD, simulation software, and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
