Senior Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of existing production processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement comprehensive process improvement strategies, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Design and oversee the implementation of new manufacturing layouts, equipment, and operational procedures.
• Conduct in-depth capacity planning, resource allocation, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in industrial engineering .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in an industrial engineering or process improvement role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), and statistical process control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive effective solutions.
• Proven experience working in a hybrid environment, with excellent remote and in-person communication skills.
• Proficiency with simulation software, CAD, and advanced data analysis tools.
