Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in industrial engineering , with a focus on manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical software, and process simulation tools.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage change, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
