Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of major industrial engineering projects, focusing on process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and simulation software to identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality control, and R&D, to ensure effective integration of engineered solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior industrial engineers, fostering their technical development and project management skills.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed engineering projects and capital investments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering , with a focus on process improvement and operational analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and Theory of Constraints.
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and statistical analysis packages.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
