Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance.

• Document all process changes, standard operating procedures, and training materials for remote access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or operations management.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
