Senior Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and redesign of manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies, including value stream mapping, 5S, and Kanban.
• Conduct detailed time and motion studies to optimise workflow and resource allocation.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimisation.
• Proven experience implementing Lean Six Sigma principles (certification preferred).
• Proficiency in process simulation tools and data analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
