About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and throughput.
• Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all engineered processes and systems, ensuring clarity and accessibility for remote teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or process optimization roles.
• Proficiency in simulation software, data analysis tools, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated experience in remote collaboration tools and virtual project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills , with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, R) is highly desirable.
