Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new production systems, layouts, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation , standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.
• Utilize statistical analysis, simulation software, and other engineering tools to model and predict system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including production managers, quality assurance, and supply chain partners, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Lead projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , process optimization, or operations management.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and CAD tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for effective collaboration in a remote setting.
