Senior Industrial Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Industrial Engineer to join their innovative team, offering a fully remote working arrangement based out of Belfast . Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes, systems, and layouts to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
• Utilize data analytics and statistical methods to measure performance and identify root causes of operational issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and R&D, to implement and sustain process improvements.
• Support the integration of new technologies and automation solutions into existing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Engineering .
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and simulation software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive change in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
