Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and resource allocation analysis to maximize throughput.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to predict and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders remotely to gather requirements, present findings, and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or process improvement.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in process mapping software, statistical analysis tools, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate remotely.
