Senior Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing operations.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste, improve quality, and lower operational costs.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new equipment and technologies, recommending optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with production teams, quality control, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques, value stream mapping, and 5S methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
