Senior Industrial Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Industrial Engineer to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop, design, and implement new or improved production systems, workflows, and layouts to maximize output and minimize costs.
• Conduct time and motion studies , ergonomic assessments, and workflow simulations to gather data for process optimization.
• Create detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for new and existing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and R&D, to ensure seamless integration of engineered solutions.
• Utilize data analysis tools and statistical methods to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering roles, with a proven track record of successful process improvement projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for layout design and simulation.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote , collaborative environment using virtual communication tools.
