About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Industrial Process Engineer to join their established team in Southampton . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of industrial processes and workflows.
• Conduct detailed analyses of production data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for manufacturing operations.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to achieve operational goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical expertise on process-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in an industrial process engineering role.
• Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and optimizing manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process simulation software.
• Strong understanding of lean principles and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, comfortable working in a hybrid model.
