Senior Information Security Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.

• Manage and oversee security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM solutions.
• Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery from security breaches.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Monitor security alerts and logs, performing timely analysis and escalation of critical events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a proven track record in threat analysis and incident response.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), cryptography, and network security principles.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
