Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential security weaknesses.
• Monitor security infrastructure, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems, for threats and anomalies.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution and post-incident analysis.
• Provide security awareness training to staff and contribute to the development of security best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of system design and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security roles, with a strong understanding of security principles and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Proven experience with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.
