Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to join their dynamic security operations team in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security weaknesses.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor security alerts and events, providing timely and effective incident response.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security solutions and best practices across the infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to proactively enhance defenses.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees across various departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security roles.
• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security principles.
• Experience with SIEM tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
