About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Information Security Analyst to join their dynamic, fully remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
- Monitor security alerts and events, responding promptly to incidents and breaches to minimize impact.
- Design and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of system design and development lifecycle.
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security roles, with a proven track record in threat analysis and incident response.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
