Senior Information Security Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Information Security Analyst to join their dynamic, fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
• Monitor security alerts and events, responding promptly to incidents and breaches to minimize impact.
• Design and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of system design and development lifecycle.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security roles, with a proven track record in threat analysis and incident response.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
