Senior Information Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
• Lead the response to security incidents, coordinating efforts and ensuring timely resolution and post-incident analysis.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures across the organisation.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into the system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security engineering or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of network security, cloud security, and application security .
• Proficiency with scripting languages for automation and security tool management.
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
